You may print out the documents required to complete registration for Extended Care from the links below. You must return the actual paperwork to the early education office or fax it to,
915-581-8019. You are also welcome to pick up a copy of the registration forms from our office from 8:30am until 3:00pm.
We would be happy to have your child join us for mornings and afternoons. As part of our Before and After School family, we are pleased to bring you and your two year old through elementary aged child a quality program at an affordable price.
Our AM Program opens at 7:00 AM. Children can be dropped off and received in the Nursery area (2's and 3's) or in Early Education age assigned rooms (4 and up). They will be escorted to their classrooms at the appropriate time.
Children are taken to the PM Program ten minutes after pick-up time from their homeroom class. We have a special sibling/educator rate for parents that pick-up by 4:00 PM and we will be on board until 6:00 PM for those parents needing longer hours of care. Two and three year old children will meet in the Nursery area, while fours and up will meet in the cafeteria or gymnasium. Snacks, crafts, center-based play, playground time, and homework clinics for the older students will make our afternoons pass very quickly. We will be offering special enrichment opportunities throughout the year. Look for more information in the coming months. Please be on time to pick-up your child ---there is a $1.00 per MINUTE charge for late arrivals after 6:00 PM.
There is a $35.00 Participation fee for ALL children attending our Before and After School programs (drop-ins included). This fee covers registration, snacks, and supplies. If you know you will need to make use of this service, please come by the Early Education office to complete your registration paperwork. Tuition for regular attendees is due by the 5th of each month (a $15.00 late fee will apply after that date). For drop-in care only, we ask that you leave a credit/debit card on file with the Business office, so that we may bill you at the end of each month. Please make Before and After School program payments payable to St. Mark's Early Education program or stop by to sign-up for atutomatic billing through your credit-debit card/checking/savings account.
