You are welcome to pick up a copy of the registration packet from our office between the hours of 8:30am - 3:00 pm. You also have the option to print out the documents required from the links below. To register, fill out and return the Summer Camp Application Page 1, Summer Camp Application Page 2 and the Summer Camp Discipline Policy to the St. Mark's Early Education Office.
